What is the Class Size?

Our current location is Niwot High School and this site has been approved by The Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) and the Motorcycle Operations Safety Training (MOST).

How do I obtain my "M" Endorsement?
After completing and passing both the Knowledge and Skills evaluation tests during our course, you will be given an "MSF" completion card. You will then take the MSF completion card along with your existing Colorado Driver's License to any DMV office, give them the appropriate fee and you will be immediately given a temporary license with the "M" category entered on the license. No further testing, written nor riding is required. In seven to ten days your permanent license (with your picture) will be mailed to you. This procedure only applies to those students who are 18 or older. Please call the office if you are under 18 years of age for further details, (303) 485-7171.

What is the mandatory riding apparel?
All students MUST wear the following personal items for all on-motorcycle instruction: 1. Helmet and eye protection 2. Over the ankle footwear. (No cloth, canvas, etc.) 3. How are evaluations conducted?
Rider Coaches are constantly evaluating and coaching course participants. A goal is to have each participant become the best rider possible and to develop the knowledge, skill, attitude, and habits important for safe motorcycle operation. There are two formal evaluations: The first evaluation is an end-of-classroom knowledge assessment that addresses basic knowledge related to riding procedures and traffic strategies. The second evaluation is a riding assessment that measures the riding competencies of participants. It consists of four exercises: a limited space maneuver, stopping, swerving, and cornering.
