If you are unable to attend the scheduled class, you may cancel or transfer dates for your enrollment, provided that you cancel or request a transer at least 72 hours prior to the start of class.
If you do not cancel or transfer dates at least 72 hours prior to the start of class, the cost of tuition is non-refundable.
There is no fee for transferring to another date PRIOR to the 72 hour limit. However, there is a $25.00 administration fee for any cancellation, in which a refund is requested.
If you request a transfer less than 72 hours prior to the start of your class, you may have to pay the entire fee again if we are not able to fill your vacancy.
